1. Web Design Services

Payment:

For web design services, an initial payment of 50% of the expected project cost is required upon the completion of the initial agreement and design of the home page. The remaining balance is due upon the completion of the full agreed-upon website.

Service Cancellation:

If you choose to cancel the web design service during the project, you will be charged for any completed work. The charges will be based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation.

Termination:

OWebDev.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate website development services if you fail to comply with these terms or if outstanding fees remain unpaid.

2. UI/UX Design Services

Include relevant details for payment, cancellation, and termination specific to UI/UX design services.

3. Logo Design Services

Include relevant details for payment, cancellation, and termination specific to logo design services.

4. Hosting and Domain Support

Include relevant details for payment, cancellation, and termination specific to hosting and domain support services.

5. General Terms

Development Time:

You are entitled to a specified amount of free development time as agreed upon in each service. Any additional development work beyond the allocated time will be charged at OWebDev.com's standard rate.

Service Changes:

OWebDev.com reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate any services at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
